Getting back on track
You know what to do. Knowing was never the problem. Doing it consistently, with someone in your corner, is what a structure fixes.
Coach Rob / Fitness & life coaching
Five pillars. One stronger you.
Starting fresh or already at the top of your game, the next level is built the same way: a structure that holds when life leans on it. Fitness, Family, Faith, Fun and Food — built together, with a coach who has done the work himself.
The five F-bombs
Five words that start with F and actually decide how your life goes. Pick one to see what we do with it.
01 / BODY
Build a body that can handle the storm.
Strength is not vanity. It is the physical margin that lets you carry the groceries, the kids, the bad week, and the hard conversation without folding. We train for capacity, not for a photo.
Wherever you are
Coaching is not only for the person starting over. It is for anyone who wants every area of life working at a higher level.
You know what to do. Knowing was never the problem. Doing it consistently, with someone in your corner, is what a structure fixes.
Things are working, but not everywhere. The training is solid and the rest of the week is not, or the other way around. We connect all five pillars.
Disciplined, principled, doing the work. You want sharper programming, honest feedback, and people around you operating at the same level.
What coaching actually is
Not a lecture. Not a bootcamp. A structure built around the life you already have.
An honest conversation about your body, your week, your sleep, and what you want to be true in twelve months.
A training plan, a handful of food defaults, and a check-in rhythm that fits the life you are actually living.
You stop negotiating with yourself every morning. The week has a shape, and you keep showing up inside it.
Meet your coach
I am Rob. Let's work on what's next for you.
Super Fit Human brings fitness and life coaching together, because how you feel in your body and how you show up in your life are connected. You cannot separate the two, and you should not have to.
My approach starts with a conversation: where you are now, what you want to change, and what has been getting in the way. From there we find a practical way forward, together — training you can keep, food you can live with, and a rhythm that survives a hard week.
I am not asking you to do anything I have not done myself. Same person, different daily choices, held long enough to become who you are.
Off the clock, home is Mimi and our dog Sunny. They are the reason I keep doing the work, and the reason I know it has to fit a real life.

No perfect starting point required
Simple on purpose. The complicated plans are the ones that get abandoned.
Tell Rob where you are, what matters to you, and what you would like to change. No forms to fill in first, no pitch.
Agree on a realistic direction: training you can keep, food defaults that fit, and a check-in rhythm that holds.
Take purposeful steps, review what actually happened, and adjust. One percent better, most weeks, for a long time.
No. The starting point is where you are today, whether that is your first workout in years or your fifth training block this year. Tell Rob about your experience, your goals and any limitations so you can discuss the right approach. Check with your healthcare professional before starting a new exercise programme.
Because training alone does not survive a hard month. If your family life is chaos, your food is whatever is nearest, and you have nothing you are steering by, the gym is the first thing to go. We build all five so the structure holds.
No. The Faith pillar is about having something steady to steer by — purpose, belief, a reason bigger than the mirror. Rob works with people of any background or none, and you set the terms of that conversation.
Monthly coaching is $100 per month, month to month, cancel whenever you like. The weekly newsletter is free. The first conversation is free and carries no obligation.
Rob is based in Huntington Beach, California. Get in touch with your location and preferences to discuss current availability, meeting options, and what works for you.
No. Coaching supports goal-setting, habits and accountability. It is not therapy, medical care, or treatment for a mental health condition. For those needs, speak with a qualified healthcare professional.
